Food is delicious. Lots of toppings to choose from though can be greasy. Workers are friendly enough. Pizzas are huge. Restaurant has a retro aesthetic and even has an arcade which is awesome.

Pizza Legend! This place has been around for 40 or more years and there's a reason why; it's the taste! I grew up going to Dars and will use any reason to eat there when I am in the area. Their crust is thin, the sauce tastes homemade and the cheese is always so fresh! My favorites are the House Special and the Canadian Bacon with pineapple but they are all good. The atmosphere is that of a neighborhood family restaurant. There are games/pinball etc. that kids can play to earn prize tickets. Enjoy!

We stopped by after visiting the national Monument nearby. It was a delightful experience. Very family friendly, the pizza was hot and delicious, and it's popularity is understandable. If you're driving through I recommend stopping in.

Best local pizza by far, amazing cheesy pizza with thin tavern style crust. Great root beer on tap and friendly service. Decor and building are dated but they offer a pizza joint ambiance and have been slinging pies since 1969.

This was excellent pizza. We had the House Special that comes with Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Green Olives, and onions. We ordered the Medium size which is a 12" size pizza. It was some Great crust, sauce, and fresh ingredients. The flavor was tremendous. Our friends got the large size pizza (14") with Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, and mushrooms. Also great. We had to take some pieces home since they we're so filling. We will be back. Took us an hour to get here but it's worth the drive. Well worth the drive. Thanks, Dar's Pizza. Finish that off with some Bud Light beers and "red beers" and you've got a great finish to a dining experience. Wonderful waitress and wonderful service. We will be back! Soon.

Dar's is a staple in my family- we live an hour away and drive to Pipestone just to have their pepperoni and taco pizza! Their mini arcade and candy machines add to their great, hearty atmosphere. Definitely worth any wait! 10/10 recommend

We came here the night before heading into the Pipestone national monument. We had been driving for ~11hrs, and we were beat. This pizza really hit the spot. They might pronounce jalapeno weird and they might say "don't'cha know" after every sentence, but they make a good pie. The pizza is cut, Chicago style (in weird squares), but the crust is firm enough to stand up even on the center pieces. The sauce is good, the cheese to topping ratio is appropriate. All in all it was a good meal.

My coworker told me I had to come visit Dar's because he used to live around here. I checked it out and was not disappointed. Awesome small-town pizza joint that tastes just like the pizza joint from the small town I came from! Good eats.
